THE CORPORATION SHALL DO SO THROUGH COOPERATIVE AND COORDINATED EFFORTS WITH METHODIST HOME FOR CHILDREN (MHC), A PENNSYLVANIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION, AND OTHER MHC SUBSIDIARIES AS PART OF THE SYSTEM OF CORPORATIONS CONTROLLED BY MHC (TOGETHER TO BE CALLED HEREIN THE "MHC SYSTEM").
