TO CONDUCT INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC TOURNAMENTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE, CONSISTENT WITH EDUCATIONAL VALUES OF HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUMS, TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE TRAINING OF COACHES, ATHLETIC DIRECTORS AND OFFICIALS, AS WELL AS THE REGISTERING OF OFFICIALS.
