NAGDCA PROVIDES AN ENVIRONMENT TO FOSTER GROWTH IN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF ITS MEMBERS THROUGH NETWORKING WITH PEERS, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND INFORMATION SHARING THAT INCLUDES COMPREHENSIVE PUBLICATIONS, REPORTS, AND SURVEYS. NAGDCA WILL PROMOTE AND SUPPORT FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF RETIREMENT PLANS.
