NCHOF WAS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT AND HONOR UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA STUDENT ATHLETES OF THE PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE. WE ARE COMMITTED TO HIGHLIGHTING THE SUCCESSES OF THE UNIVERSITY'S ATHLETIC PROGRAMS AND DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TAR HEELS PAST AND PRESENT. ULTIMATELY, WE EXPECT TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT A STANDALONE PHYSICAL HALL OF FAME WHERE LOCAL FANS AND VISITING TAR HEELS CAN CELEBRATE THEIR ATHLETIC HEROES AND WHICH WE WILL USE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO CURRENT STUDENT ATHLETES. THROUGH OUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE STUDENT ATHLETES AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, WE PROMOTE LOCAL, CHAPEL HILL AREA CHARITIES TO FURTHER DEEPEN THE GREAT BOND BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY AND THE COMMUNITY.
