THROUGH ITS SUBSIDIARY, MPOWER OREGON, NOAH FOCUSES ON STRATEGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, SPECIFICALLY THROUGH COORDINATION AND FINANCING OF EFFICIENCY UPGRADES IN MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES.
