NHS Laredo Holding Corporation is organized as a 501(c)2 for the exclusive purpose of holding title to property, collecting income there from, and turning over funds thereof, less expenses, to Laredo Webb Neighborhood Housing Services Inc. This organization is exempt under Section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding provision of any future federal tax code.
