THE PURPOSE OF HOUSTON CHAPTER ACI AND ACI IS TO ADVANCE CONCRETE KNOWLEDGE BY CONDUCTING SEMINARS, MANAGE CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS, AND PUBLISH TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS.
