THE GOAL OF NORTH TEXAS LEADERS AND EXECUTIVES ADVOCATING DIVERSITY (LEAD) IS TO MAKE NORTH TEXAS THE DESTINATION OF CHOICE BOTH FOR DIVERSE TALENT THAT CHOOSE TO LIVE AND WORK IN AN INCLUSIVE RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS COMMUNITY, AND FOR EMPLOYERS WHOSE LEADERS DESIRE TO TAP AND EMPLOY THE RICH ARRAY OF DIVERSE TALENT THAT INCREASINGLY DOES AND WILL COMPRISE THE AMERICAN WORKFORCE.NORTH TEXAS LEADERS HAVE EMBRACED LEADS GOALS AND APPROACHES TO DIVERSIFY THEIR LEADERSHIP RANKS.
