THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE BUTLER CUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY SHALL BE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL HORTICULTURE, BETTER LIVESTOCK, UNIFORM DOMESTIC SCIENCE AND ART, GENERAL COMMUNITY BETTERMENT, TOGETHER WITH ALL OTHER INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL INTERESTS OF THE COUNTY.
