ORGANIZING EMPOWERMENT PROJECT (OEP) IS ORGANIZED TO INCREASE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT THROUGH ACTIVITIES FOCUSED ON EXPANDING THE ELECTORATE AND PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN ISSUE ADVOCACY TO BUILD POWER IN DIVERSE COMMUNITIES THAT TRANSLATES TO IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE.
