THE GOAL OF THE OSCEOLA COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION IS TO BUILD HEALTHY COMMUNITIES BY FOSTERING CHARITABLE SUPPORT FOR THE OSCEOLA MEDICAL CENTER AND THE HEALTH-RELATED NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE IN THE UPPER ST. CROIX VALLEY.
