THE MISSION OF THE PACIFIC INSTITUTE FOR RESEARCH AND EVALUATION IS TO PROMOTE, UNDERTAKE AND EVALUATE ACTIVITIES, STUDIES AND PROGRAMS THAT IMPROVE INDIVIDUAL AND PUBLIC HEALTH, WELFARE, AND SAFETY.
