THIS MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH PROGRAME DESIGNED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, EDUCATION, INTERVENTION, (CONTINUED ON SCH. O)AND TREATMENT IN THE SUBSTANCE ABUSE FIELD. THESE PROGRAMS WILL FOSTER THE IDENTIFICATION OF SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVE ACTIVITIES AND PROMOTE POSITIVE, HEALTHY LIFESTYLES.
