TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTIVE WORK HABITS IN ADULT PERSONS WITH LIMITED EMPLOYMENT HISTORIES DUE TO A RANGE OF EMPLOYMENT BARRIERS. THESE BARRIERS CAN INCLUDE: LANGUAGE, UNDER-DEVELOPED JOB SKILLS, AND OTHER SYSTEMIC AND PERSONAL CHALLENGES. OUR GOAL IS TO SUPPORT THESE INDIVIDUALS WITH TRAINING AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY THROUGH OUR PROGRAM BY PROVIDING TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES.
