THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A 204 BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY AND A 72 BED ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, PRIMARILY FOR AGED AND FINANCIALLY NEEDY RESIDENTS OF SARASOTA AND MANATEE COUNTIES, FLORIDA. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A DAY CARE PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND OPERATES 2 THRIFT SHOPS THAT SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION.
