Mission
The Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 51 Joint Apprenticeship Committee Trust Fund was created for the purpose of promoting and supporting apprenticeship and other training programs for apprentices and journeymen employed in the heating, piping, air conditioning and refrigeration industries in Rhode Island and Southern Massachussetts.
