THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO IMPROVE THE MEMBERS' TERMS AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE PORT OF AUTHORITY OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY, TO PROVIDE A MEDIUM FOR EXCHANGE OF IDEAS BETWEEN MEMBERS, TO FURTHER DEVELOP THE INTERESTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF FIELD SUPERVISORS, AND TO PROMOTE FRATERNAL ACTIVITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS.
