WE ARE DOING THAT BY IMPROVING THE EARLY CHILDHOOD SYSTEM SO THAT EVERY CHILD CAN ACCESS HIGH-QUALITY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES - SUCH AS CHILD CARE AND PRESCHOOL, HOME VISITING, HEALTHCARE AND PARENTING SUPPORT.
