IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ADVOCATES AND LOCAL STAKEHOLDERS, WE DEVELOP CAPACITY IN REFUGEE HOST COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE US AND ADVANCE LEGAL FRAMEWORKS THAT UPHOLD HUMAN RIGHTS.
