Mission
In fulfilling God's calling to serve others, the organization will provide care management assistance & other support services to seniors and those requiring assistance with various social and health needs through programs designed to reduce health care cost and improve health care quality (1) with love and compassion, (2) with commitment to excellence, and (3) follow Christ's teachings and example in all the organization does.
