RESOLVE PHILLY WAS FORMED TO ADDRESS HOW THE INDUSTRY CAN MORE EFFECTIVELY COVER THESE COMMUNITIES PARTICULARLY THOSE EXPERIENCING RACIAL INJUSTICE AND ECONOMIC HARDSHIP BY INCLUDING THEIR PERSPECTIVES AND VOICES DIRECTLY IN REPORTING. ELEVATING THOSE VOICES ENABLES COMMUNITIES TO TELL THEIR OWN STORIES AND HELPS TO CHANGE THE PERCEPTIONS THAT PERPETUATE DISCRIMINATION.
