RIVERSTONE IS A MULTI-SERVICE ORGANIZATION THAT FOCUSES ON THE NEEDS OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THEIR CAREGIVERS. ITS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES THAT ENABLE OLDER PEOPLE TO REMAIN IN THEIR HOMES, WITH THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE QUALITY OF LIFE, AS LONG AS THEY CHOOSE.
