THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ENABLE AND SUPPORT THE HEALTHCARE COMMUNITY IN THE CENTRAL COAST REGION TO APPROPRIATELY AND SECURELY SHARE DATA IN ORDER TO FACILITATE CARE, REDUCE COSTS AND IMPROVE HEALTHCARE OUTCOMES. SCHIO PROVIDES HEALTH AND SOCIAL INFORMATION EXCHANGE SERVICES SO THAT ORGANIZATIONS DELIVERING MEDICAL TREATMENT, AND ALL RELATED TYPES OF CARE THAT IMPACT HEALTH AND WELL-BEING, HAVE THE INFORMATION THEY NEED TO PROVIDE "WHOLE PERSON CARE."
