The mission of Sebasticook Family Doctors (SFD) is to ensure that primary care, dental, and mental health services are available to those that live in and around communities in which SFD serves (Newport and Dexter) SFD is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and provides health care services to those that would otherwise be unable to afford them.
