OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL SETTING THAT PROVIDES 24/7 SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ADULTS WHOSE PRIMARY DIAGNOSIS IS DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY.
