WE SEEK TO INSPIRE A TRANSFORMATION IN FOOD POLICY, PRODUCTION PRACTICES AND MARKET FORCES SO THAT THEY ENSURE EQUITY, SUSTAINABILITY AND PLEASURE IN THE FOOD WE EAT.
