A) TO ORGANIZE AND GOVERN SOCCER COMPETITION FOR ALL GAMES PLAYED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF SAINT CLOUD SOCCER CLUB. B) PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF YOUTH SOCCER. THIS CORPORATION WAS FORMED WITH THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING SKILLED SOCCER PARTICIPANTS, TEAM COOPERATION, PHYSICAL FITNESS AND MENTAL WELL-BEING, WHILE OPERATING THE CORPORATION'S PHYSICAL ASSETS IN A FISCALLY PRUDENT MANNER. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND COMPETITION WILL BE EMPHASIZED.
