Mission
THIS MISSION OF THE SOUTHEAST AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADMINISTRATION (SAHA) IS TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE DECENT, SAFE, AND SANITARY AFFORDABLE AND WORKFORCE HOUSING FOR LOW- AND VERY LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN THE SOUTHEASTERN UNITED STATES BY FORMING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH AFFORDABLE AND WORKFORCE HOUSING OWNERS AND LEVERAGING TAX ABATEMENTS IN EXCHANGE FOR MAINTAINING OR LOWERING RENT LEVELS.
