TO ADMINISTER VARIOUS FEDERAL PROGRAMS, PRIMARILY UNDER THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING THE EMPLOYMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ASSISTS IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES UNDER THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION.
