THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS COUNCIL FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED AS A SUPPORT ORGANIZATION TO THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS COUNCIL, A SECTION 501(C)(6) ORGANIZATION. THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS COUNCIL HAS AS ITS GOAL THE IMPROVEMENT OF LIVING CONDITIONS OF THE RESIDENTS OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.
