Southeast Neighborhood Development, Inc. (SEND) is a non-profit community development corporation that advocates for housing, economic, and social equity by working with residents, business owners, and community partners to create and maintain inclusive, healthy, and vibrant neighborhoods in southeast Indy. Since 1983, we've invested more than $40 million in development projects in our community while improving housing, attracting business and investment, fostering education, sponsoring unique events, and helping spread the word about all the good things going on in our neighborhood.
