TO RAISE FUNDS THAT WILL ALLOW THE ALLEGANY-STEUBEN COUNTIES CHAPTER, NYSARC, INC. TO REALIZE ITS LONG TERM VISION, WHICH IS TO GIVE EVERY INDIVIDUAL THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE A PRODUCTIVE CITIZEN AND TO AFFIRM THE COMMITMENT TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN MAXIMIZING THEIR POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH AND INDEPENDENCE.
