THE FOUNDATION IS A VEHICLE FOR THE FRIENDS OF STILLWATER BILLINGS CLINIC TO ENSURE QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES FOR THE FRIENDS, FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS OF OUR COMMUNITY NOW AND INTO THE FUTURE.
