TENNESSEE CHILDREN'S HOME, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES A HOME FOR NEGLECTED AND PRE-DELINQUENT CHILDREN WHO HAVE AN UNSTABLE FAMILY SITUATION AND WHO ARE BEGINNING TO DEVELOP PROBLEMS WHICH CANNOT BE SOLVED IN THEIR PRESENT HOME CONDITIONS BUT ARE NOT INCORRIGIBLE.
