TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY IS AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION WHICH INCLUDES NINE MAJOR ACADEMIC UNITS: LIBERAL ARTS, SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING, BUSINESS, EDUCATION, FINE ARTS, COMMUNICATION, HONORS, NURSING AND HEALTH SCIENCES, AND THE ANNE BURNETT MARION SCHOOL OF MEDICINE. TCU'S MISSION STATEMENT IS "TO EDUCATE INDIVIDUALS TO THINK AND ACT AS ETHICAL LEADERS AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS IN THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY." OUR VISION IS TO CREATE A WORLD-CLASS, VALUES-CENTERED UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE FOR OUR STUDENTS.
