Mission
The purpose for which Texas Horsemen's Partnership is formed is to function as the officially recognized "horsemen's orgainzation" for all Pari-mutuel horseracing meets held in the state of Texas during the period of duration of the partnership, as the term is defined in the rules of racing promulgated under the Texas Racing act.
