ARISE (A) PROMOTES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR LOW-INCOME AND MARGINALIZED SECTORS IN ISRAEL AND THE DISPUTED TERRITORIES AND (B) CONDUCTS PROGRAMS TO COMBAT ANTI-SEMITISM, RACISM, XENOPHOBIA, ECONOMIC BOYCOTT, DIPLOMATIC ISOLATION AND DE-LEGITIMIZATION OF ISRAEL AND (C) CONDUCTS CAMPAIGNS THAT IMPROVE THE SECURITY AND WELL BEING OF POTENTIAL VICTIMS OF TERRORIST ACTIVITY IN THE MIDDLE EAST.
