THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS FOR PHYSICAL PLANTS/FACILITY ORGANIZATIONS UTILIZED BY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND TO PROMOTE PROFESSIONAL IDEALS AND STANDARDS TO BETTER SERVE THE OBJECTIVES OF THE EDUCATIONAL ENTERPRISE.
