THE BRIDGE OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF EVIDENCE-BASED REHABILITATIVE SERVICES INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT, SUPPORTED HOUSING, VOCATIONAL ASSISTANCE, HEALTHCARE AND CREATIVE ARTS THERAPIES.
