FOUNDED IN JANUARY 2017, THE EQUITY ALLIANCE (TEA) MISSION IS TO UNAPOLOGETICALLY BUILD INDEPENDENT BLACK POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC POWER. WE EDUCATE, EMPOWER, AND MOBILIZE BLACK PEOPLE TO TAKE ACTION AND KEEP OUR GOVERNMENT IN CHECK.
