PIC WORKS TO PROVIDE AND INCREASE ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND SCHOOL-AGE PROGRAMS THAT GIVE CHILDREN OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN THROUGH PLAY AND PLAY LED BY VALUED PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS AND ACTIVELY ENGAGE AND SUPPORTIVE PARENTS AND FAMILIES.
