THROUGH MAKING GRANTS, LEVERAGING PARTNERSHIPS, AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OTHER RESOURCES, THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS AND ENABLES THE COMMUNITY TO MAXIMIZE SHARED INVESTMENTS AND REALIZE THEIR SUBSEQUENT ENHANCEMENTS AND BENEFITS.
