TIRRC VOTES EXISTS TO BUILD POLITICAL POWER FOR IMMIGRANT AND REFUGEE COMMUNITIES AND TO CREATE A PRO-IMMIGRANT MAJORITY IN THE STATE. PROGRAM AREAS INCLUDE EDUCATION, NON-PARTISAN VOTER ENGAGEMENT AND MOBILIZATION, AND PARTISAN VOTER ENGAGEMENT AND MOBILIZATION.
