THE FUND IS INTENDED TO BE USED FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PURPOSES OF THE CLEVELAND FOUNDATION AND THE JEWISH FEDERATION OF CLEVELAND.
