IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS CHARITABLE AND PHILANTHROPIC PURPOSES, THE CORPORATION MAY, AMONG OTHER THINGS, DEVELOP AND FUND A FACILITY AND/OR PROGRAMMING TO PROVIDE RESOURCES AND TRAINING TO IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE POLICE IN THE REGION PROVIDE EDUCATION, COLLABORATIVE YOUTH PROGRAMS, AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO STRENGTHEN THE BOND BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THE COMMUNITY, AND/OR PROMOTE SAFER NEIGHBORHOODS AND HIGHLY SKILLED AND EQUIPPED POLICE.
