TSCRA LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE-AGED STUDENTS, AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS EDUCATIONAL AND BUSINESS GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES THAT ALLOW THEM TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE BEEF INDUSTRY. THE FOUNDATION WILL RECRUIT YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND YOUNG PRODUCERS TO EXPAND THEIR LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, PROVIDE TANGIBLE REAL-WORLD INFORMATION, DATA, AND ASSISTANCE IN GETTING INVOLVED IN THE BEEF INDUSTRY. THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO NEW AND/OR EXISTING PRODUCERS IN NEED THROUGH LOANS AND OTHER MEANS TO HELP THEM BUILD SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS THAT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO AND SUPPORT THE BEEF INDUSTRY.
