UC HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF UC HEALTH, LLC AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FACILITATING INTERACTION, COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE VARIOUS ENTITIES THAT MAKE UP THE UC HEALTH SYSTEM TO ENSURE A SUPERIOR ACADEMIC MEDICAL CENTER FOR THE RESIDENTS OF GREATER CINCINNATI AND THE SURROUNDING REGION. UC HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ENGAGING IN OUTREACH AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES TO INCREASE THE AWARENESS AND BENEFITS OF THE UC HEALTH HOSPITALS.
