UNION HOSPITAL OF CECIL COUNTY HEALTH SERVICES, INC.'S ("HEALTH SERVICES") MISSION IS TO OWN, MANAGE, AND MAINTAIN PROPERTIES FOR HEALTH-RELATED CHARITABLE VENTURES TO SERVE CECIL COUNTY, MD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. THE ACTIVITIES OF THIS ORGANIZATION COMPLEMENT AND AUGMENT THE HEALTHCARE ACTIVITIES OF AFFINITY HEALTH ALLIANCE, INC.("AFFINITY"), AN IRC SECTION 501(C)(3) TAX-EXEMPT AFFILIATE.
