THE MISSION OF THE VOICES FOR A SECOND CHANCE IS TO REDUCE THE RECIDIVISM RATE IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA BY PROVIDING A SAFETY NET FOR JUSTICE -INVOLVED PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE LIKELY TO BE AMONG THE MOST MARGINALIZED MEMBERS OF OUR SOCIETY.
