WCDA IS A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION FOR THOSE PROVIDING SERVICES IN THE WATER INDUSTRY UTILIZING FORMS OF COLLABORATIVE PROJECT DELIVERY SUCH AS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT-RISK, DESIGN-BUILD, DESIGN-BUILD-OPERATE, AND PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "COLLABORATIVE PROJECT DELIVERY").
